First Apple Watch unboxing allegedly appears ahead of launch

Time is still ticking in the lead up to the Apple Watch launch, but one Instagram user appears to have has jumped ahead of the Friday's online Apple Watch pre-order and the April 24 release date.

Featured in the photos are a 42mm stainless steel Watch, mesh stainless steel Milanese Loop band and a brown leather band consistent with the watch's modern buckle design.

He also dishes on the classy-looking Milanese Loop, saying, "Weirdest thing I've messed around with in a while. Feels and worked a whole lot better than I thought it would. Now I got something to think about."

Everyone should be able to figure out whether or not this unboxing is the real deal come Friday, when the Apple Watch pre-order process begins online and the ability to try one on starts in stores by appointment.
